Casper is a big, beautiful white cat, with unusual green eyes. He is independent and quite hard to get to know, but worth the effort. He has been pretty much a one-person cat and, although he quite likes my husband, he seems to feel that my teenage daughters are beneath him in the hierarchy. For this reason I feel he would be better in an adult household. He is affectionate, but on his terms. He likes being near you, without needing to be in your face. He is like a little dog, following you round while you work in the garden. He gets very playful when we are outside with him and loves to run straight up tree trunks.
He is quite a big cat – not fat. Casper spends time hunting but is not very good at it and only very occasionally catches a mouse or rat. He is terrified of the vacuum cleaner. |
